1: ORDERS
Your order will arrive within business 2 days. Delivery may vary based on your location Standard Shipping is however 2 (business days)
Note: In many areas Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout.
Delivery estimates for FREE Prime Two-Day shipments to destinations that don’t have weekend delivery are based on two business day transit times, not including Saturday or Sunday.

Timing
When can I expect to receive tracking?
When your order is processed you will receive an email containing a tracking number and later a confirmation when your order has been sent and delivered
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. Please allow 7-10 days (M-F) for order processing

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for delivery

Carriers
All international orders are shipped UPS to your destination country's postal service. Carriers are based on the most efficient delivery.

Shipping cost is determined by dimensional weight
Shipping rates are lowest available; we are unable to offer any lower rates than what is listed at checkout.
Shipping rates include insurance unless otherwise specified

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery which is not covered in our shipping rates.

Richard Alan Designs cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties or brokerage fees owed. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Richard Alan Designs will not grant refunds of any kind.
3:RETURNS
We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. If one of our pieces arrives damaged, please contact us.
It is very important that you confirm the item is received undamaged, from shipment, and is the correct item. To do so, please examine the shipping box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of damage, wrong item(s) or defective product(s). All claims must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery. Please e-mail us so we can initiate the process.
Defective/damaged merchandise can ONLY be replaced. We cannot issue full refund for merchandise that arrives damaged, wrong item(s), or defective and you don't want the merchandise any longer. If merchandise arrives that is incorrect, defective, or damaged we will gladly replace it at NO charge to you (including return shipping charges) by issuing you a UPS Pre-Paid Label.

The Pre-Paid label must be used for replacement of the same item that was damaged, incorrectly sent, or defective NOT for refund or replacement of a different item.

Does the wall art guitar come with the items pictured?

No. Each piece comes empty but does include the two tier shelving and the fairy lights. Use your own creative touch with unique decorative items & keepsakes that define your style ( fairy light batteries are included and replaceable

How is the wall art guitar placed on the wall?
A
The guitar is hung like any other art. If you can hang a picture , you can hang our guitar wall art. Simply tack in the provided hook to the wall and then hang the guitar with its D loop fastener onto that hook. Thats it. Your done. Start placing your keepsakes and family airlooms for display

What is the maximum weight?
A
The total weight will vary depending on the accessories, trinkets etc. you place on the shelves but our hooks are designed for up to 50 lbs. Finding the stud on your wall is always best for extra support.
Q
Are batteries included with the fairy lights?
A
Yes the CR2032 coin cell battery is included with the pack. Batteries are replaceable as well.
